About OUR REPORT
This Annual Report comprises a suite of reports, namely
the Risk Management Report, the Corporate Governance
Report and the Audited Financial Statements, prepared in
line with best practice and in accordance with the National
Code of Corporate Governance for Mauritius (2016) and the
Mauritius Companies Act 2001. It addresses all material
matters affecting the Group through its operations in
Mauritius, Seychelles and Morocco and provides a fair and
transparent view of Semaris’ performance. The report was
approved by the Board of Directors on 29 September 2025.
